Classrooms and Environment

At Tiny Toes, Early Childhood Development comprises the environment which in turn means the tools that we offer the child to learn. It is essential that a young child gets daily experience with learning aids which have specific usage and are derived from the curriculum.

Internal Environment

The Montessori-inspired classrooms are beautifully designed with full of wonder and discovery to attract the curious little ones thus fostering their eagerness to spend more time inside. The pinup boards display their tiny creations which brings a sense of secureness and acceptance. The structured Classrooms render the ease ofaccess to the Montessori materials by children themselves, thus making them independent individuals.

External Environment

The clean and safe outdoor play area provides ample opportunity to explore the nature at its best. The children are imparted the knowledge of organic gardening, right from planting a seed/sapling and watching it closely grow into a big plant yielding flowers and fruits. The leaves and twigs in the play area are also used in activities to create a bond with nature. The sand pit area helps them to improve their fine motor skills and the splash pool aids the enhancement of their balance, strength and gross motor skills which in turn improves coordination. All areas of work for the child, both internal and external have been planned with extreme care to facilitate self-learning, and implement the objectives set in the curriculum.
